Dairy-Free Banana "Nice Cream"

This dairy-free banana "nice cream" is a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional ice cream. It's made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized with your favorite toppings, like sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe frozen bananas
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • optional: 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • optional: topping of your choice. strawberry, chocolate chip, walnuts, etc
    Instructions:
  1. Add the frozen bananas to a food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse the bananas until they start to break down and resemble a chunky mixture.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk and the vanilla extract, and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional tablespoon of almond milk and continue blending until you achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Transfer the banana "nice cream" to a freezer-safe container. Mix in your toppings. Or server right away for a soft serve texture
  6. Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. To serve, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften, then scoop into bowls.
