Dairy-Free Banana "Nice Cream"

This dairy-free banana "nice cream" is a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional ice cream. It's made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized with your favorite toppings, like sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate. Enjoy!
Ingredients:- 4 ripe frozen bananas
- 1-2 tablespoons almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
- optional: 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- optional: topping of your choice. strawberry, chocolate chip, walnuts, etc
- Instructions:
- Add the frozen bananas to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse the bananas until they start to break down and resemble a chunky mixture.
- Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk and the vanilla extract, and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add an additional tablespoon of almond milk and continue blending until you achieve your desired consistency.
- Transfer the banana "nice cream" to a freezer-safe container. Mix in your toppings. Or server right away for a soft serve texture
- Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- To serve, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften, then scoop into bowls.
